Hiram (Cito) Peña is the Director of Operations at Equity Maintenance Group. He has been in the engineering field for over 20 years. At an early age, Cito began his career in the shipping and receiving department and worked his way up to building Engineer. He is continuously seeking to learn new skills, especially in property maintenance services and better himself in his role and for the benefit of the team. He is passionate about his work and loves to help solve problems for property owners.
He attended the Peterson School of Engineering where he completed coursework and received various certifications. He was born and raised in Boston, MA and currently reside in Davenport, FL.
